Nose and Tail stall reverts

Hey skate champions!

I took a few weeks off the board but I'm back! And this time we're taking on the nose stall revert and tail stall revert. I think I found the nose stall revert a little easier to be honest.

That’s awesome I only just learnt these yesterday and with the nose stall revert the blokes taught me to wind up on the nose stall then swing on the way back in

A tip for nose stalls is to have more weight towards the back foot. When approaching throw your body weight into the front leg whilst leaning back so that it's legs ahead of the torso, hope that makes sense, they are a lot like the weight for a rock to fakie the body stay inside the ramp.

Nice Mike!! That last nose stall revert was actually super solid. With your mellow quarter, the tap and go will actually be harder than getting right up, so you went about it perfectly. Very good start indeed, you'll have them feeling good in no time 👊

Nose stall revert is a dream trick for me. I have actually been working on just getting the nose stall the last couple of sessions, but I am so scared of that trick. You did really good Mike, very inspiring! 😃

Those were perfect! As good as you can do on that mini. 5he transition is only board length, so you will always be pretty much at the bottom when you revert 😍

Very stylish trick. The nose stall one word freak me out a bit for sure. You did it nicely. I like the full stall on the nose it looks nice and controlled.

I've got friends that can do this but I can't figure this one out. If you watch someone in slo-mo you'll see they somehow revert with only two wheels in contact with the ramp, at around 90 degrees the tail eventually comes down and by 180 degrees all four wheels are in contact with ramp. So how the heck do you slide two wheels while one foot is in the air? There's nowhere to get any purchase and slide the nose wheels. You've inspired me to try again and start by letting the tail wheels make contact to get used to the movement and progress that way. Thanks Mike.
