Hex has become one of my all time favorite reads. I think the language is gorgeous and the set up is actually hilarious. 10/10 do give it a read (even if the ending is like kinda confusing)

Didn’t find much humor in HEX but I did love its take on witches/hauntings, gave me The Village vibes… you’ll see why. Kill Creek was a highlight of reading for this year, the last sentence makes you go “WAIT WHAT”.

I liked Burnt Offerings, but is more like a summer book to me. I also liked the movie with Burgess Meredith, Bette Davis and Karen Black.

I loved Blood Sugar! It took about 5 pages to get used to the lingo, and then it was a lot easier/faster to read. I loved Hell House, too, very unsettling. And Haunting of Hill House, too! Happy reading!
