The audio book is great especially with the different characters and the jumping between the two stories. Highly recommend the performances on the audio version.

I really enjoyed this book as well, I think you're right about the lack of "vague" features sometimes, especially in the ending. I think the best horror leaves you guessing. But sometimes closure is nice. That's what sequels are for lol. I'm looking forward to checking out your other videos, you've inspired me to get a copy of the physical book to check out those extras. Have you ever considered doing any collaborating? It would be really interesting to swap book read lists!

Halfway thru I started skimming, the screenplay portion made for a very boring movie and then they’d repeat what happened. After This Wretched Valley, my worst read of the year.
