take a shuffled deck, show the first five cards, then shuffle them 3 times with a wash at the end. And then put a $1, $5, $10, $50, and $100 dollar chip on the five cards as you deal them out with the $1 chip on the first card you had originally and the $100 dollar chip on the last one.
