Disclamer: This wont make your game feel smoother in terms of fps. these are lag compensation settings. has more to do with shooting players/ bullets not hitting/ getting killed behind walls. the defaults in cs2 seem to be way worse than in csgo which is why people recommend setting it to what is shown in the video. also the settings shown in the video are only for good connection. something that should work for everyone is cl_updaterate 64, cl_interp 0.03125, cl_interp_ratio 2. i would suggest trying out both. theoretically cl_updaterate 128, cl_interp 0.015625 and cl_interp_ratio 1 are better but depending on your connection they might cause problems like choppy enemy movment.

i have 300fps on all the maps fps is not a issue, what is the issue is that it doesnt look smooth or anything. The framepacing is terrible on this game so its just on valve, but hopefully after this video it fixes.

Cpu utilisation in cs2 is dog shit, cpu usage never goes above 35% and gpu sits at 40-48% max, I tried changing power plan tweaking windows nothing seems to work. i sit around 120-250 fps but it feels like 40fps

I noticed switching vsync on that makes it smooth but i have freesync so thats a bug that valve needs to fix i should be able to play without vsync i have a 144hz monitor and the game feels like 60 fps without vsync on which is really bad
