This song was composed by Norrie Henderson in 2014. He was one of the main composers of Club Penguin past 2012 after Chris Hendricks left the team and Norrie worked with the team until the closure of Club Penguin Island.

You may know him for composing beautiful music such as this mix of Bart Roijmans original EPF theme for the DS, which was in turn remade by Screenhog and it even has the old royalty free music of the PSA secret agent missions.
