As a beginner I made the mistake of looking at all the numbers on the left and giving up immediately. Laughs!

One quick VSCode question: Is there a way you know of on how to make „transform: to lower/uppercase“ ignore strings inside ‚‘ „“? Would love to have such a feature because I‘m regularly using transform to lowercase by Strg + a and then using the command palette. But I don’t want strings inside ' ' touched at all.
