Batman V Superman: Fixed! *How it should have been*

This is my opinion on how to fix Batman V Superman. At the very least I think this better version than the one we got although I did enjoy the original movie. Less bloated, more focused on who it should be Batman and Superman.

It was very important for me to fix Lex and make him smarter and a more valid foe for Superman and keep him free for the future.

Superman's death is little underwhelming but overall this is a much better story than the one we got in the movie.

If Wonder Woman is there while Batman is questioning Lex, then why not just have WW use her lasso on Lex to compel him to reveal where Superman's mother is, and reveal his complete plan for that matter?

2 problems with this version of events (already an improvement) is that Superman's death is underwhelming and the fact that Lex has no given reason to want Superman dead, other than because he's Lex Luthor.

I think you tied Superman and Lex together in a unique way. Better than the flimsy "Pit the heroes against other" Using the kidnapped mom ruse. I actually enjoyed BVS but it was so convoluted. THe best thing was the chemistry between Gal Gadot and Ben Affleck. Very James Bondy lol.

Great video, still don't think Superman needed to die, and I think Wonder Woman shouldn't have been in the movie at all. No reason to introduce such a major character unless she has a serious role to play.

Your version is about 100% better cause it doesn't require Lex to act on coincidence such as it being a coincidence that lois was interviewing a warlord who just happen to have his mercenaries, or when lex's apparently found about the kryptonite exactly when batman was researching Superman

I get what the movie was trying to do. Why couldn't they have done that in the context of a "good movie"?

The big picture of the story in BvS I had not a lot of problems with, my issue comes from its execution. Some details that needed to be in and weren't and some that didn't need to be in that were. The dream sequence was not needed.
The scenes at the charity party should have seen more of the Clark Kent reporter, have him try to get the attention of some of the big name guests and failing, yet catches the attention of Diana who tells him she's a fan of his work, maybe mention an article CK wrote, maybe about conflict in Bialya where instead of siding with US military he sides with the rebels? Then Bruce Wayne talking to Alfred catches his attention and what happens in the movie is the same.
Next, I agree there needed to be more interaction for Supes with the people. A scene in All-Star Superman where he stops a girl from committing suicide, a quiet and powerful scene that emphasises what Superman means to people, including the audience.
Fight with Batman more longer, but ends with Supes desperately trying to get Batman to save his mom. Doomsday is still there, fight is the same up until after he takes the nuke to the face. When he comes in throws Doom away for a while he saves some people still trapped, emphasising yet again the difference between he and Batman. He sees a little scared girl, maybe John Henry Iron's daughter and tells her to lead the others to safety. Rejoins Batman and WW the same way, maybe more comedic exchange of words where Superman mentions he's a little tired from taking a nuke to the face, commenting on Diana being WW, basically show why they could be the best of friends as a Trinity. All this so that when Supes does die, it's more impactful. Rest of the film works fine especially the Ultimate Cut, just needed refinement.
