INGREDIENTS
500g of watermelon (without seeds)
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
115g (1/2 cup) of sugar 
 
METHOD
1. Add water and sugar in a small saucepan, boil, and then set aside to cool. 
2. Cut watermelon into the cubes avoiding the seeds. 
3. Blend into the blender and then rub through a sieve. 
4. Mix it with sugar syrup and freeze for 4 hours, scraping with a fork every hour.
