Since McCarthy gave him that film showing all the cameras and their angles.. they will either have to reinstall the whole system.. tighten security, or allow all the law makers to carry firearms... it takes a fool to give up the operational details of your security plan..

Why not just give them the blueprints to the Capitol Building, too, along with guard schedules, camera locations, underground maps, key cards, and fake badges.
