Proteus 8 'No Libraries Found' Problem Solved.

After installing Proteus 8 some copies require you to manually copy the library content to the library folder of the program files while other copies do not, as it is copied automatically during the installation process. In either case, when prompted with the "No Libraries Found" notification, follow the steps in this video to solve this problem once and for all.
