Wheat, Barley and Oats all have nearly equal profits sold straight from the field or as flour. As just a grain Canola has more profit but the straw from the grains makes them around 30% more profit straight off the field. Soybeans are more profitable than the grains even with the added straw. But if you have a grain mill the flour and straw of grain crops is about 10% more than soybeans.

Always a great video. Don't forget to Get the Production Point Leasing mod, where you can lease the oil mill production that's already on the map. Process your canola into oil, as you'll make more money from the canola oil. Get it soon so you can get the canola all processed into oil, for it's ready to sell at the best price, which, if I remember correctly, I think it's in November that the canola oil price is at its best.

Canola is near the bottom of the list of “most profitable crops” according to Farmer Cops testing video. I think the testing was done before v1.4 came out but I don’t believe it has changed.
