✨Korean Buns Inspired Cream Cheese Garlic Bread 🥖✨

The perfect sharing bread that is packed with flavour and lots of cheese! I love all the textures in this one- soft, crusty, creamy, incredible♥️
Here’s how you can make this at home☺️
Ingredients :
Garlic Bread Loaf - 1 no
Cream cheese mixture:
Cream Cheese ( softened ) - 200g - a little less than 1 cup
Sugar ( powdered ) - 1/2 tablespoon
Pinch of salt & pepper
Butter mixture:
Pepper - to taste
Garlic Cloves ( chopped ) - 8 nos
Chilli Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Butter ( salted ) - 1/2 cup
Fresh Cream - 2 Tablespoons
Milk - 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves ( chopped ) - 2 tablespoon
Garlic powder(optional): 1/2 teaspoon
Shredded Cheese(optional)
Process :
• Start by scoring the garlic bread loaf diagonally with the help of a knife and keep aside- don’t cut all the way through just create inserts
• To make the garlic butter - In a bowl, whisk in the melted butter, milk, cream, chopped garlic, chilli flakes, garlic powder, pepper & coriander leaves together
• To make the cream cheese filling - In a bowl, add in your softened cream cheese, salt, pepper, sugar & mix/whisk until smooth
• Transfer this into a piping bag and pipe your filling in the cuts that you previously made on your garlic bread loaf
• On a lined baking tray, place your bread loaf and add the shredded cheese in between the cuts. Next, slowly pour the melted garlic butter mix over it
• Spread it evenly with the help of a brush. Make sure to brush the sides of the bread as well- you can gently lift the bread so it’ll soak up all the liquid
• The garlic bread loaf will absorb almost all the melted garlic butter mix
• Bake this at a pre heated oven ( 180 C ) for around 12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on top & enjoy! 🥖
