Apkpure and most of such websites such as apk-dl and apkmirror, simply download the apps from the Play Store and then upload the APKs on their websites. So, they are safe. ... Now that these mods are created and customised by the websites, they may not be completely safe.

FOR EVERYONE WONDERING it's safe, but NOT 100% there's a lot of safe apps, but if someone put an virus app to download they do nothing, so i recommend cheking who put the apk to download.
