BrianLara'99 & cricket2009 were games far ahead of their respective times. Like players its difficult to compare games from different era.

Both are good but 2009 looks more realistic with camere and country to country light . It should have been developed step by step. But unfortunately it has gone.

For me there are few things whick i dont like about cricket 24
Fielders become flash...they throw the ball even before collecting it and its always a direct hit in this case and even while collecting the ball
They messed up timing against spin...
The bat sound feels so ugly...it feels like you are hitting a plastic ball...in cricket 22 you can feel the weight of the ball while hitting but sadly in cricket 24 the ball feels very light....giving feel of tennis ball...they could have used the ball physics of cricket 22

We still cant play unorthodox shots at standard controls

If they improve this.... cricket 24 will be a even more great game for me

We Can't Compare World From 2024 to 2009 as it is a 15 years GAP from both Games..
Who knows if codemasters still make cricket game no wonder they would have made a good game than bigAnt.
