Don't know how it works for you but I've used this and it doesn't work for more than one month, the first month is great but then we are getting beat 3-1, 5-0 and 4-2

Josh, if you were to actually play with these 3 tactics, how would you do the individual training for your midfielders so as to have a the best possible role/duty familiarity for BBM, Mezzala, Advanced playmaker, Defensive Mid and Regista? I suppose you'd maybe only play the defensive one rarely and would't care that the familiarity for the given player in Defensive Mid was very low? or ?

Dude, I absolutely cannot get this tactic to work. My team put 3 or 4 really tight passes together in midfield but almost always turn the ball over & concede on the counter. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
