NO, SHE DIDN'T DO A LOT OF THINGS WELL.
She basically was horrible at everything a head coach is responsible for: her sub pattern was abominable (she played people WAY past the time they had proven they were horrible on this team), she was NOT good at team culture (she constantly yelled at the players, grabbed CC, threw them under the bus instead of taking responsibility for HER blatant mistakes), the team succeeded AGAINST her actions.

Fever just gained 3 to 5 games by just getting rid of her. 8 to 10 games with a really good coach.

Coach Sides will look back at her tenure with the Fever and realize that she squandered a career opportunity to make a name for herself as a great coach, for the following reasons:

1. Lack of vision: How could she not see how great of a talent CC was
2. Stubbornness: Even when she recognized CCs greatness and relinquished to key to the offense to her, she would revert back to forcing the ball in the paint to AB
3. Inability to adjust: It took the whole season to adapt to a run offense and make the appropriate rotation adjustments

All she had to do was cash the lottery ticket and run the offense through CC.
