Seattle Walk in Rain at Night in Downtown

Walking around the core retail area of Downtown Seattle at night during a flood watch where the video begins with heavy rain then clears up. Taken in November 2021

Didn't intend this upload to be shorter than usual but I missed the first 15 minutes of heavy rain. And there a few instances in the video where I swapped the audio to avoid copyrighted music playing and loud sirens.

I've been told on numerous YouTube videos that Seattle natives don't use umbrellas, just thick rain jackets or whatever. Yet, any time I see an actual video of Seattle when it's raining, I see lots of umbrellas!

I love this! Seattle was my first "happy place". I felt about it as Scarlett felt about Tara.
