Fuchsia os's future: I think that first Google will launch these to products that are not that big of a deal like they started with nest hub and they start to roll out to other similar platforms like android auto r ware os etc, finally when everything is done and it's finally ready for a wide launch, then Google will silently change the back end of the android os and chrome os to Fuchsia but still keeping the name and the UI the same, by doing this they can effectively change Linux based android and chrome os to a large possiblities without a big clash like " which is better android r chrome r fuchsia for the overall market ".

Google should focus on ChromeOS with making it app programmable use, as Linux is already the baseline for running programmes on ChromeOS, other hardware models such Nest Home hub or Nest Thermostat can benefit Fuschia since they don't need more than 8GB or ram to run on.

Fuschia uses the newos kernel. This kernel is also at the heart of the excellent HAIKU operating system.

i can tell you what your seeing there the main point of fuchsia is that it exposes API's and not the syscalls directly thats why you see less but there is more.
The core concept of fuchsia is that it should be able to run anything on it but not depending on the syscalls directly you code against predefined API's and SDK's it should run on anydevice with many or without any screen. It is a Linux Kernel But exposing a Kernel On Top of That.

So The plan is to have a Linux that is coder frindly and relative Hardened by default so you can focus on App Creation and you need to care less for the internals. That should lead to faster App Development.
