The front wheel if bigger than the back

I just got one and am putting it together now but the front fork wont fit the front tire. It's too narrow I would have to find something to spread it apart about an inch to make it maybe fit. :-(

Can adults ride it? I'm 5'9" 180 pds, would this work for me?

uhh that's the wrong type of tyres it should be flat not knobby
