Better Man's Robbie Williams tells Yahoo how he truly feels after losing millions of dollars when production was disrupted by the Queen's death.

The singing super star hopes fans love the Regent Street scene in the movie because it had "huge financial repercussions" after filming for it had to be postponed when Queen Elizabeth II died in September 2022.

All in good humour, the music legend told Yahoo: "If there isn't uproarious clapping and cheering in the cinema, I'm like, you b*****s."

Better Man is in UK cinemas from 26 December.

I liked Robbie in the early 2000s, and watched Better Man out of curiosity- the Rock DJ sequence is absolutely spectacular, and reminded me of how good a singer and performer he is.

The full story of getting the Regent St. sequence down displays the passion Michael Gracey has for his work. It took over a year of permits and planning to shut down Regent St. They had rehearsals with hundreds of extras for a month because they only had a few hours of access to the area. Ahead of the shoot date for the sequence the Queen died and due to the period of mourning and coronation they lost Regent St because it's administered by the Crown. They lost a number of dancers because they booked new gigs so Gracey and his producers had to raise more money to get the sequence done. His only regret is using pogo sticks in the sequence.
