here's a simple recipe for delicious brownies:(day 8 of asking saadi to make them)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
6. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
7. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the saucepan mixture.
8. Stir in the vanilla extract.
9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
11. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
