My hands are bigger so I have placed my Popsocket at the center of my Otterbox Symmetry Case.

I have a bad left hand and the popsocket helps me a lot to hold my iPhone 10 securely. I have no fear of losing my grip and dropping my iPhone. I love the Popsocket as well.

they make vent mounts for the popsocket too so that could be an option as well for other people .... I have been looking at getting a popsocket but haven't done it yet. I probably should just get one! lol.

Zizo has some awesome military grade cases and a few of those have flat backs. All my phones have been in zizos and no screen protectors and I have dropped mine from 2nd story on cement with no damage.

Have you tried a Loopy? I have had mine for a couple years now (2 phones) and really love it!

I will tell you I had mine on a bumpy kind of jeweled surface and it actually stayed fine. I have quite a few of them because I get them for $2 on the Wish app.

I love mine too. It's excellent for me as I have arthritis and other hand problems and it's so easy to hold. I have a cheap phone case but use glass screen protectors which have saved my phone. My dash mount is on the passenger side because of car age too but that's fine, because we can't touch or even glance at our phones over here unless we're pulled over.
