This reminded me so much of when my husband had to leave for deployment early in our relationship/marriage. The comforting, yet sadness of the sound of him quietly packing brought back so many memories. The painful feeling of him leaving, yet pride of what he was setting off to do for our family, and our country....it's been seven years since his last deployment, but the sounds of him leaving feel like yesterdays memories.
