GTR Cruise On Angeles Crest: canyon run with MR2 Spyder

I take my GTR to Angeles Crest Highway for the first time! Joined by Simon in his MAR2 Spyder, as we take a break from the lockdown.

This ride is awesome in a top down MRS. With the right speed you will rarely need to use the brakes in a manual vehicle. Cops are plenty and using radar all over this road. One thing I wish I planned better when I went was to have a dry but overcast day. The other suggestion is to cruise east to west during sunrise and west to east sunset. The glare of the sun is blinding.

I would want to see the run backwards. See how fast the momentum of downhill would favor Simon. Up hill he got away bc he is so nimble. Awesome footage David.

Love content like this. I have been driving near Palomar Mountain in San Diego to get outta the house. South grade Rd and East Grade road are pretty epic. Also Highway 78 East of Julian CA. Check em out
