Take care of your health including your teeth, exercising, avoiding drugs, getting vaccinated, and getting checkups.
Work on your mental health in every way.

Start saving for retirement as soon as you can.

Spend time with your oldest relatives- take pictures and make videos of them, ask them questions about their childhood, get them DNA tested, find out what is on their bucket lists, and ask them for their words of wisdom.

Save money. A tiny amount of money per day will grow an astonishing amount of interest in a decade or a few decades.

Pray to God at any time and about anything. He is waiting to hear from you.
