A Dawn, I currently own the CIBC Aerogold Visa Infinite Priviledge card. It also took them a long time to send this card through. However, once they do get the ball rolling, I noted that their service is really impeccable.

Sounds interesting because it took only 4 business days from the day I applied for the Aerogold Visa Infinite card online till I received the card in the mail. I strongly believe that CIBC offers a consistent and effective application process. Frankly, I do believe that your experience with CIBC is definitely not for everyone at least my experience with CIBC is definitely a big thumb up.

Sounds like pretty bad service from CIBC. I've never used their services but have family members who do.
