This is a Sherlockian writing from India. This is the first time I saw any of your videos. I liked your video review of thie Knickerbocker Classics edition of the Complete Sherlock Holmes. Your greatest virtues are you speak clearly, you pronounce words clearly and YOU SPEAK AT THE RIGHT PACE. You commented on all essential technical aspects of the this particular edition which was very helpful. However, you forgot to mention an important bit of information — IF THIS EDITION INCLUDED THE FAMOUS SIDNEY PAGET ILLUSTRATIONS.

Just a few things you should also consider including in your reviews:
1. A bit of focus on the Publisher. It matters.
2. COUNTRY and CITY of origin of the book (Publisher's headquarters).
3. Year in which published.
4. COUNTRY in which printed (many US and UK publishers get theirbbooks printed in faraway countries — China, India, Singapore, Thailand etc).
5. ISBN Number of the edition you are reviewing (MOST ESSENTIAL).
6. Flipping through the whole book at least once. It reveals a lot to an experienced reader.

Been reading a few Sherlock Holmes e-books. They’re nice enough but I decided to get myself a real book edition. This turned up cheap (considering how many stories you get in one book) at the usual online bookstore I use. (I hold a premium membership so I even got a discount). Can’t wait to read it as I’ve only read ACD’s books in Danish. Thank you for this video!

I have the Shakespeare one and the Lovecraft one. I ordered the Poe one, but it hasn't arrived yet. Sadly, they aren't easily available where I live. You're lucky if you can find them for under 40$ here.

I also have three books from the knickerbockerseries the Shakespeare works, Jane austen and the Edgar allen poe works. You should Google them they are so stunning. The last couple of days I have watched the last tv adaptation of sherlock holmes. After a few episodes I decided I have to collect the works of sherlock holmes😍😍😍😍
