I just bought a 2025 RDX Advance, have not driven the car longer than 1hr yet on highway roads. Must of my driving has been city driving so i haven’t gotten the full experience. So far all is smooth. I do own a 2011 MDX with the 3.7L 300 HP engine, i am a fan of Acura. Sadly when i tested the 2025 MDX Advance it was a HUGE disappointment in terms of the driving experience, it was like i was seating on a couch, extremely long car, feels like its floating and the steering was very numb. As for luxury, it was just ok, but the infotainment sucks big time. I drove the RDX and i like the ride and the steering better and the engine response felt improved over the MDX. However the RDX is missing some of the luxury items i have in the MDX like the adjustable power steering, the naturally aspirated engine. I believe the MDX has been extended at 198 inches. Which is 6 inches longer than my 2011 and its totally unnecessary because at that point the car begins to feel clumsy instead of nimble. The power train becomes inadequate.
Overall i choose the RDX based on size 187 length and while the 4cyl turbo is not what i prefer, the interior felt appropriate when compared to other similar cars, last but not least i felt options are fine for the value. I still dislike the infotainment but i am dealing with it. I will be traveling to Canada on a long trip soon, ao i will give you an update on the handling and usability of the car on my 5 day road trip.

Why do you need full digital gage cluster if you have HUD? Analog is much better for your eyes & easier to understand the acceleration process 🤷🏻‍♂️

How do you think the seats would hold up? I know it's not real leather for the base trim.
