CPM is not important believe me, one of my channel had, 90$ CPM but my RPM was 0.9$, this is disgusting, but you don't have any solution for this, YouTube is a MONESTER and they do as they want.

Vince I have a trick CPM question.
Not trick per say but it is driving me insane cause I can't find an answer anywhere.
Question:
When creators say the CPM is higher on business and education related "channels" then

on others niche channels due to the type of ads and viewers those channels get.
Do that then mean, that if the same ad(let's say a business related ad) is shown on an Educational Channels video and let's

say a Famous Artist Music video, the Educational Creator will earn more from the ad view then Artist? Even though the views may be from the same country and its the same ad its just that the two creators are in different niches.
