I prefer this arrangement better because it does not dilute the shares as in an acquisition.
Sure the revenue will be split but we cannot keep diluting the shares forever. Voyager needs to grow organically.

P.S. Last but not least, do you guys think that this guy talks too much? It is like in every video, he always has one more thing to talk about Voyager and it is so annoying, Sure the stock goes up and down with the market and price of crypto but by pumping more, it is not going to change the price but good earnings will.
