Why does California hate its hard working taxpayers yet coddle criminals & homeless bums? If somebody can afford to pay and skip the line I dont see the problem. This bill is pure resentment.

What’s in fear is they’re worried about that instead of their own state. Wanted to fix the roads so we don’t have to drive inside potholes on the freeway.

If this is an equity problem then ban FasTrak tolls on the California highways. Same exact justification with tolls on highways popping up all over the state. Ooops, that would mean California would lose taxes funding can't have that.
