Turkey's parliament has approved a bill to allow more troops to be stationed in Qatar - despite the continuing diplomatic rift between Doha and its Gulf neighbours. The Emir of Kuwait is attempting to mediate, after five Middle Eastern countries - led by Saudi Arabia - cut ties with Qatar on Monday. Iolo Ap Daffyd reports.
