I was in this detention center back in 2013 waiting for my Interview with an ICE officer and trust me, I know it is a prision but we literally had everything. We had tv in our room, we had access to internet, a library, there’s a soccer field, a basketball field, volleyball and a gym. I spent 1 month and half there and it really helped me being there. I know you don’t have that freedom but within the facility you don’t feel like you are in a prision.

What do you suggest as an alternative to detention facilities? Catch and release doesn't work. Immediate deportation without due process? Let unlimited numbers of illegal aliens remain in the country?
