i can't underestimate how much damage toxic people can cause in your life if unchecked.

Tbh idk about "the show off" bc sometimes ppl will think your showing off by just being yourself, doing great things looking good smelling good and if that makes someone feel inferior that's honestly not your problem but yes if you going out of your way to "be seen" and "1 up" everyone then yes that's a problem..be great be successful be confident but have a bit of humility to balance it out ✌🏾

I had a friend who was narcissist and extremely show off. He was rich and handsome and was always showing off his wealth and good looks. His constant bragging annoyed people and they distanced themselves from him. He lost a lot of friends because he always made himself look good and belittled others

I couldn't wait to get off the phone with my brother to watch this episode to keep myself grounded. My problem is, I am too loyal. I've dealt with BS that most people would either start a fight over or cut them off forever, I bite my tongue to keep the peace. I've learned to set boundaries and enforce them at times, it is exhausting and ridiculous! I am so close to removing two siblings out of my life who make other psychopaths seem normal.
