The building where they filmed this is called 'Gyeong-hoe-ru' at 'Gyeong-bok-gung' palace. This place is a national treasure no.224, and was built in 1412, in the 'Joseon Dynasty'. It is located in the middle of a pond. This building is a place where a King used to hold national banquets or parties when there are good things to celebrate in the nation.
