Just curious. I thought they had 24/7 phone support. Why would you have to wait for a response from them?

there is no customer support. I was waiting for answer longer than on paypal ( months )

How about doing a review on the consumer site you mentioned. I think you might be surprised what you find out about them.

There are fine, if you are an expert, have deep pockets and don't have any problems. If that doesn't apply they can be a nightmare, no managers willing to pop their heads over the parapet to deal with issues that are their system errors, advisorbots really don't give a toss, quick to threaten legal action even when they are shown to be at fault. I'm off.

I been looking at many web hosting sites, and this one is so cheap cause everything is hundreds of dollars to start up. It's ridiculous

Many thanks, I've been looking for "more web hosting" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Riyackenzie Hosting Highlighter - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
