The G9 wheel base is fresh competition for the likes of the Fanatec CSL DD and Gran Turismo DD Pro, a compact direct drive wheel base that generates 9Nm of torque out of the box. It's also only compatible for PC sim racing.

However, it's eco system is growing, including the evolving Pit House software and the GS wheel rim - a premium GT-style racing wheel with four magnetic shift paddles.

My R9 arrived today, went straight into ACC and oh my it was amazing! Coming from a G29 to this was a very big jump I highly recommend the wheel. rF2 was the absolute best in terms of feeling !
Edit: if you can get it, it’s worth it, especially coming from a gear driven or belt driven wheel.

I just bought SimJack Pro pedals (3* hydraulic rods) new and an R9 & GS second hand I'm coming from belt driven, I'm so excited!!! This is the reason I got the R9. (Also the fact that nobody was actually selling any fanatec gear besides mounts and booster pack).

I have the r9 and gs rim coming from a t300 its miles ahead my pal has a sim magic mini alpha and both are great the gs rim is just stunning

My Fanatec CSL DD 8Nm broke after a couple of hours so I ordered this one while I’m waiting for Fanatec support to reply.

I mentioned this on another video. The base is very attractive, but with both the wheel and pedal dialing at $500 a piece, they will have to make midrange stuff for someone like me to consider trying them out. Right now You can get a wheel and pedal set at Fanatec for under what the just the MOZA wheel costs. Apparently, MOZA is "working on it". I'd love that!

I'm confused why you compared the price of the CSL DD @5Nm and not the 8Nm version which is comparable AND cost more? Seems a misleading to me.

Great base, wheels are expensive that's why I 3d printed my own. Only functional question is I have so far been unable to get good feedback in RF2 and am unsure if it's just my settings or actually compatibly.

Highly do not recommend Moza as a company though. They straight up will not respond to you at all, and they lie to your face. When I ordered the base was in stock with total 2-3 week delivery time. After 2 weeks of waiting and no CS response the site changed to pre order, a literal bait and switch when I could have bought something else in stock, and took a month with ZERO response from Moza. Great value, but awful company

I be ordering a R9 within the next two months just saving up the dollars. Not 100% which wheel yet. It would be interesting which wheel would suite Iracing porsche cup best.

I bought the MozaR9 Wheel & Base, I like it but can't get feedback in rFactor2 works fine in ACC, Ac, F1 & AMS2. Tried everything but just can't make it happen. Any ideas?
