What I did with a porch pirate made him never come around again. I caught him in the act and I happened to have a pitchfork handy. I told him to lie down and I would call police. He began to cry and asked me for a break. I told him it was the police or to strip down completely and run off. I don’t know how he made it home or not but it ran off buck naked around 4 in the afternoon. I never saw him again.

Fighting about whether his actions were ethical or not??? How stupid can you be??? Why not fight about whether the thieves actions are ethical??? Imho the thieves actions are NOT ethical, moral nor socially acceptable and they should be jailed and prosecuted!!! Problem is that there are professional porch pirates who make their entire living by stealing. All such should be jailed and prosecuted or removed from society.

In Venezuela, when the police get someone stealing like that. They grab their hands and hit them with the baston once. It works. They can't grab anything for a week.

Someone has to do something about it. They are so hard to catch. Maybe if they had a parcel or two get stolen, they would understand just what angst they have caused, more over the cost of the contents which have been already paid for with hard earned money. They should get a job and stop hurting other people the lazy B***t**ds.

Good suggestions about what to put inside the boxes for the about the exploding dye packs that can't be washed off. If one of those was to go of in the thieves face, they will be readily identifiable.

Good idea but law could possibly consider this as acts of violence or possibly worse if it explodes personally they deserve it for being a thief… dye packs would be great as they can’t wash it off

My father has had several packages stolen off of his porch. Luckily it wasn't any of his medical stuff. Just some socks and shoes and a few other things. I thought it would be great if I knew how to build something that would explode and cover the thief in some kind of dye that stays on for a few days. But my dad said no and he got his neighbor to get the packages when they were delivered. It would have been fun as long as nobody got hurt.

I dont see anything wrong with what that guy is doing, the point is to start making thieves think they are doing wrong, and if a thief is unfortunate to get one of the SEALs boxes...TOO BAD...
