"Greenhill v. U.S." refers to a case where Elisabeth Greenhill appealed her conviction for conspiracy to commit wire fraud after pleading guilty, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals heard the case. Appellant Greenhill was sentenced to three years and Appellant Proctor to two years in the Federal Penitentiary. Title 18 U.S.C.A. § 1341 makes it a crime to use the mails in furtherance of a scheme to defraud or to obtain money or property by means of false or fraudulent representations.
