Bloat-Free Low FODMAP Chive & Egg Pancake Breakfast Recipe 🥞🌿
Spring is here, and my chives are growing like wild! 🌱 It’s the perfect time to whip up this simple, delicious, and bloat-free breakfast that’s packed with flavor. No fuss, just eggs and chives!
Here’s the recipe:
🥚 Ingredients:
• 4 large eggs
• A bunch of fresh chives (finely chopped)
• Salt & pepper to taste
• Olive oil or butter (for frying)
🍳 Instructions:
1. Crack eggs into a bowl and whisk with a pinch of salt & pepper.
2. Add in the chopped chives and mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick pan with a bit of olive oil or butter.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes until golden on one side.
5. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden on both sides.
6. Slice and enjoy!
It’s so easy, so good, and the perfect way to start your day without worrying about bloat. 💙
