Exactly same situation I am in. I though it will be similar to C# or Java but here I am. Thank you so much for providing these awesome tutorials on JS. They way you explain the core concepts behind something makes it easy to understand and remember, because it all starts to make sense when dots are connected. And I think that is what is missing in most of the JS tutorials in YouTube.

Made me smile, when you shared your experience jumping from server side programming eg java to javascript. Most people, even me, try to underestimate the power and complexity of javascript, it's the thinking, I can code I can learn this just by looking at stackoverflow examples.

Totally true!!!.. Koushik as a backend developer I always thought that JavaScript similar to Java but its not. Need to learn from the basics for any given programming language.

Coming from a java background, I REALLY hate JS, but love the flexibility JS frameworks offer.
