My blood sugar level is stable through the day. After fasting 16 hours on a near carnivore diet it will be above 100, spiking 20-30 points after 2 a.m. Then when I eat my first meal my blood sugar goes up & so throughout the day never gets below 100. Unfortunately my blood pressure is high so I must take a diuretic which raises my blood sugar level but lowers my BP. So I have no glycemic spikes during the day but I'm not comforted by that.

Can you make a video on how to stop hypoglycemia after a workout with insulin resistance

Heck yea. I have been seeing a lot of YT'rs that are now saying that keto killed their thyroid. I just have such a hard time believing that. Especially as I was able to drop to the lowest dose of NP Thyroid as is available. What are your thoughts on that as well?

Not sure if this is good or bad, but my blood glucose varies between 100 and 120 with the highest readings showing up during fasting or mid-morning and drops slightly when I eat. Just switched from one meal a day to two. Lunch at noon and supper between four and five. I would imagine that my curve looks pretty flat, so I assume that is a good thing. :-)
