You confused Augustus Ceaser with Julius Ceaser there by blending them together and described a man who never existed. BTW Odysseius never existed he is a character is a pseudo historical epic. Not to mention Hitler did not found the Nazi party.

I'm a bit surprised you didn't include Queen Hatshepsut, fifth pharaoh of the Eighteenth Dynasty. She was quite the accomplished ruler, uniting Egypt and bringing in an era of wide trade and prosperity. (But hey, I understand there's a lot of stiff competition.)

Thanks for the interesting video. I'm especially grateful to learn about Joseph II.

1.- The criteria used for "qualifying" the rulers are quite versatile2.- I get the feeling that this video was made in a rush, maybe you had little time or something pressing to do.Interesting video still, thanks for the upload.

Sad thing is, the Emancipation Proclamation only abolished slavery in the seceded states. The border states still had slavery. The 13th amendment was not passed until December of 1865, months after Lincoln's assassination.

Julius Caesar and Augustus, also known as Octavianus are not the same person. Augustus was Caesar's adopted son and after Caesar's death won the civil war against Marcus Antonius and Cleopatra, after which he restored peace in the empire, the Pax Romana. He died of natural causes

The list leaves something to be desired. What criteria were used to make the list?

The Emancipation Proclamation did not abolish slavery, it only freed slaves in the rebel states as means threat. Slavery was abolished after Lincoln was assassinated. Lincoln was quoted in saying if he could preserve the union without freeing a single slave he would. Despite his prominence I do not believe he should be number 1.

slavery in the US was abolished by Constitutional amendment (13 I believe...). Lincoln only freed slaves in states in rebellion, which could not really be enforced since they did not recognize the authority of the Union. the emancipation proclamation did not actually do much the help enslaved people at the time.
