150Eur gaming chair
Squeaky after 3 months, wobbly after 6, tighten didn't help. 120kg person started to sit, 1 month later broken.

200Eur office chair. Wobbly and squeaky after 6 months, tightening, oil doesn't fix it. 1 year later, feels like sitting on metal.

150Eur gaming chair. Breaks the 2nd day.

Some of them have warranties, none of them have good enough customer support to send me a replacement.

500Eur in less than 2 years.

My friend bought titan for like 400Eur 3 years ago, free replacements for what breaks (which I think was only the arm rests), didn't even need to send picture.

I would be cautious about purchasing anything from secret lab. Looking at reviews and hear the customer service is horrible. If you have any issues with the chair and try to return it you have to pay for the return shipping. Dont really stand by their product

I recently bought a kaiser 3 .But have a question ive seen the magnetic armrest pads in different adds showing different colors but on the site only showing the base color does anyone know if they are in production for sale?

Buy an AKRacing Master Series Max chair, and be happy. It's easily the most comfortable and versatile chair I've ever sat in. It's got everything, but the comfort level is where it's at. The seat is very soft and you sink nicely into it, but the back is the true surprise. Extremely comfortable. I made the sorry mistake of buying a Titan Evo and I regretted it ever since. Swapped for the Max and I'm not looking back. All that magnetic armrests and neck pillows? That's all fine and dandy, but is it really going to compensate for your comfort level and sanity? I think not.

love my new bossin, 130$, and a total upgrade over my last one that was over 200$ and smaller less well padded, didint have the back message feature, and didint have the textured seat to prevent sliding while laying back. got one for my dad too.

I have owned all three and still own the titan Evo (stuck in a corner). Then by the grace of god I learned about the GX7 by BodyBilt while researching call center and 911 dispatch chairs. Check them out sometime I would really like to see your take. 10 months not an issue and 18 hour flight sim runs no pain. Maybe ask if they will send you a preview chair. I swear their advertising department is clueless how YouTube works. LOL
