Thank you, I belive dancing is the best way to stretch this fascia system and ballet training is best for improving body posture. I did a lot of research and I think all of these leads to not getting old.

TO GRAPHIC TOOO GRAPHIC OOOO GAWD (wanderd here from work out and physical therapy videos) i cruudly mapped out what happens with my flat feet using a simlar way of thinking, last summer, illustrating how musles wrap around the my foot and ankle then up to the leg just under the shoulders (when walking) glad to know some proffesionals have actually gone in and looked at this so its no long grouped with speculation and seen as a nuisance

I think I've left every soo too long, I have the whole train fleet going on...
Testicle pain, feet pain, migranes, knee pain and weakness.. hips, buttocks..legs and all my back are allways tight and painful..
I found even the muscles change shape and function in a line through the body..
I've noticed lines on both sides when a single muscle has turned into like a rope...I can roll the rope muscle around..
I've worked out if I fall or require quick force...
I will pull that rope muscle as it's lacking blood and dosnt stretch like the rest of the muscles around it..
Can anyone verify this rope thing as the only professionals I've seen have been of no good use..
Drugs and alcahol have been a bad friend in the end to cope and live..
I must radically try and reverse 20 years of trauma u nfolding..
