You can also use a loading wagon as well. The one thing I kinda learned on my own was if you use the Lizard winrower (v shaped thing that attaches to front of tractor) then you can have a worker do the baling/ loading wagon. Only with the loading wagon you gotta keep an eye on when the wagon is full.
I had tried to hook up the baler to the mower, but didn't have the draw bar and hadn't thought to try that. So I learned something today,

With that first drawbar if your item connects to the side like that disconnect the item. Then then unfold/fold the drawbar and when you reconnect it will connect in the middle. The fold unfold function switches back and forth between the pin hitch and the ball hitch

In Iowa we use a round bailer with the auto rapper. Pick them up with an auto loader. Saves time & fuel!

The wind rower that goes on the front of a tractor let's you hire workers to bale as long as it a square baler or the fast baler from kverland. I prefer the smaller one and I trie to keep the headlands clear.

This works with trailed tedder in game. I wish the one from fs19 was in fs22 because the work with fit better. The vicon fast baler works great too for silage bales.

If you use the Vicon fast bale it will hook right to the mower and wrap at the same time, bad part is 6 mph while wrapping.

The biggest thing this game lacks is doing multiple jobs at the same time, its very common irl but not here

Also if you take a grass dryer. put a auger cart that takes grass under it with the auger over a hay storage barn you can just auto dry hay and store it

On the first drawbar if you unfold it before you hook to the baler it will run in the middle

This can also be accomplished using the TLX 2020Log-IT Trailer included in the TLX 2020 Series.
In this case, the baler can also be connected to the harvester.

There's a mod pack that has that exact mower but with a hitch on the back called "mower and wrapper with hitch"

I think the easiest way to mow and bale at the same time is by using a mod called Front Lifter and a Vicon / Kubota Fastbale or a R90 baler.
