Bill speaks with Linda Greenhouse, a NY Times columnist and Dahlia Lithwick and a senior editor at Slate, about the rulings.

This would be much more interesting if an alternative viewpoint was permitted, in this, highly debatable partisan assertions are never challenged and it becomes grating, this one sidedness makes it much less persuasive.

Sorry mam (16:48) but opening a local town council meeting with a prayer is not "establishing a religion." If people don't want to pray they don't have to, or if they do want, they can offer their own prayer, which others are equally free to ignore.
