We had the opportunity to be part of the custom build of the pro roadbike. It’s amazing how a Pro peloton team mechanic could build a new bike on the field just like that.

These pro team mechanics gets no rest. They prepare the bikes before the race starts. Ride along the team car during the race to fix any mechanical. Then after the race. Cleans and inspect the bikes. Then rebuild it again if necessary or change the gearing setup for the next stage race.

Much respect to this mechanic. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. You know if the rider doesn't like or feel comfortable with any aspect he will adjust it to specification. Incredible.
