I love ethereal guitar sounds. This is my most ethereal guitar sound to date which I created by stacking 5 delay pedals. I can get lost for days improvising within a sonic landscape like this. Let me know in the comments if you are interested in a more technical video of how to achieve this tone. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy listening!
I chose to upload this as a purely performance based video as I just liked the vibe of relaxing to it. It was one of those wonderful moments where I felt totally connected and unconsciously expressing - something I always strive for but don’t always reach. The dog seemed to like it as well!
I’m using my Xotic XSC-2 and stacking several of my favorite delay and reverb pedals. Each one is contributing something subtle but the cumulative effect is quite pronounced and beautiful. More on this in a future video if I get enough questions/interest!
